| Curcuit Classes
Circuit classes are an ideal way to improve both cardiovascular
fitness and muscular strength. Classes can be held on a one to one
basis or in a group and are adaptable, to suit varying levels of
ability, simple and progressive. Circuit classes can also be designed
in such a way as to suit different sports, from golf and tennis
to football and skiing.
Classes can be booked by an employer or organisation for payment
of a class fee. However it is also possible for a venue or group
to arrange a class in such a way that payment is made by the attendees
direct to the trainer.
